We work very close with our installers, our installers are certified Master Installers and have many years of experience and for this you can be assured your window treatments will be installed professionally and in a timely manor.
Our Aftercare Service Warranty
We believe in the quality of the products we sell, our aftercare warranty we provide our clients is above industry standards! We will honor our manufactures warranty by backing it up with our aftercare service warranty; if any repairs are needed while your product is under warranty Cochrane Quality Blinds will resolve the issue if repairs are needed at no additional charges to you.
Repairs
Cochrane Quality Blinds clients are covered for repairs/service calls and warranty work with “Our Quality
Guarantee” that matches the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty.
We do all the work necessary to set up and resolve any warranty work at no charge to our clients.
Non-Clients
We will do our best to help with your repairs if you are not our clients, there are charges that will incur
for the services we provide to help assist with repairs. We deal directly with the local "Certified Repair Centers"
of all major manufacturers.
